In order to rent a camper van, you'll need:

- To be aged at least 25

- A full driving licence for a minimum of 2 years

You will have full comprehensive cover under our own policy so you have no need to worry about insurance!

You can! Yes! At Scotland Campers, all of our campervans and motorhomes for hire in the UK and Ireland are under 3500kg so can be driven with a normal ‘B’ car driving licence.

Depending on how close to the pickup date you would like to change your booking dates, this is possible. If you need to change your booking dates, you'll need to contact us and we can get that sorted for you.

Upon arrival, you'll just need to bring:

- Your driving licence

- 2 forms of proof of address

Yes pets are allowed.

We strongly advise that you take out your own insurance against unavoidable cancellation.

Should you require to cancel your booking more than six weeks before departure date a full refund is applicable.

6 to 4 weeks your 25% deposit will be retained.

If you cancel your booking within 28 days of departure before your departure date, the full amount will be non refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel your booking should you not meet the following criteria:

1. Failure to pay in full 28 days before your departure.
2. If any information you have provided us with at booking is incorrect or invalid. eg. Drivers licence number.
3. When collecting vehicle, all documentation must match the booking details you provided.

A security deposit of £1000 will be taken on collection of your camper van. This will be refunded to your original method of payment within 7-10 working days providing the vehicle is brought back in the same condition as it was let and the terms and conditions are met.
